SpiderCool SHP System for Vertical Machining Centers *  $  5,195 **
100 PSI pump supplied, provides 4-6 times standard pressure and 10 GPM through the
SpiderCool nozzle   a total coolant solution that, for most shops, will exceed the benefits
of through the spindle coolant at a fraction of the cost. SHP does not require expensive
special cutters like through the spindle coolant.

*** SpiderCool SHP Systems come with a 100 PSI pump that delivers 10 GPMs of coolant through the SpiderCool
nozzle, AirBlast Solenoid & Interface with check valves   at the end of the machining cycle the SpiderCool nozzle is
positioned vertically and an m-function triggers shop compressed air to blow 90% of the chips and coolant off the
work piece(s) prior to opening the enclosure door, Keller washable particulate filter   traps light chips or floating debris.

AutoDrill Cycle   includes high resolution servo-motor  $  200     
Ideal for hole drilling, or side milling with long cutters.  This feature allows the user to set two coolant positions on
any particular tool(s).  The nozzle will then continuously sweep between the two positions.  AutoDrill provides
excellent coolant coverage over the length of the tool, rather than to a single point. Think of it as an  electronic fan
nozzle.
